lol...damn cool !..mirrors are a neat tool !..id love to reset my bed room with some..back in the day folks would even put them on the celings over the beds..hummm?..but i dont think they were much interested in astral projection as much as 3d ass projecting practice...ya know bra..ive seen some neat sht in mirrors in my time...but never as cool as seein my 5d stuck in a dream with my 3d ..glad your home safe thanbkz for sharing..much love..,capt.

Having your astral body also being connected closely to your dream state makes a lot of sense for me. Most every night I feel as if I literally travel to another place/time and visit with other beings there and I remember them as dreams. The difference between a simply dream and the traveling "dreams" is I feel as though I actually left my physical body. I think most people actually do this when they sleep, but they're not so aware of the fact that they're actually leaving their body behind.

About them abilties... I dont think they go away, you probably just dont practice them enough to ground it in you... understandably! Ive been told I have "healing hands" yet i have to know what to do only..intuivtively, so external sources of knowledge/teaching. Same with the psychic abiltity

I wish I could experience this someday! I can leave my body during meditation but my mind can't consciously remember anything yet :( do you have any advice on how to get myself to remember?

dude... omg ... i went thru this yesterday... like 2 weeks ago i saw my astral leg and my asrtral arm... it was soo transparent blue... like omg... and yes 2 days ago i felt as tho there was another body on the right side of my body....so much i could say.. but what ur going thru is what im going thru too... its awsome...
