Do you think it's coincidence that the Department of Homeland Security is purchasing literally billions of rounds of ammuntion and tens of thousands of firearms (most recently DHS purchased 7,000 assault weapons). Do you tink it's an accident that "fusion centers" are popping up all over the map?
