Motivation and Action:

What will people take away from your conference, business seminar or training program?

Engagement, output, productivity, effectiveness are the key words to getting the most from an event. Make your people your point of difference. Are you burning up your team or setting them on fire?

How great would it be to have all your participants engaged from the very beginning or inspired to act at the end?

Inspiring your participants to put ideas into action is the key to Rowdys GOYA presentation. Providing the key points to develop outstanding individuals, teams and organizations and creating action items that will see the content of your conference, seminar or training program reviewed and acted upon after the event, is his focus.

We are capable of far more than we imagine. Rowdy shows participants how to achieve outstanding results in both their business and personal lives with his inspiring stories and practical examples, that are all tied together to ensure a highly engaging and entertaining presentation with a unique and inspiring finish.

Participants will walk away with a sense of what is possible and the motivation to make it happen, and Rowdy provides a system to keep them accountable after the event.

Ron McLean has been known as Rowdy most of his life, mainly because he is easy going, friendly, light hearted, pragmatic, down to earth and authentic.

A passionate speaker with a can do and will do attitude. His sessions are described as energetic, lively, engaging, relative and real, and are designed to encourage people to move ahead, have a go, be creative and get things done!
