i understand that the NOI helped many of the depressed blacks (past / present)...BUT when they practice racism and use twisted scripture (both bible / quran) to get into the mind of the poor listeners (eventually members) , i know for sure that that technique is a flaw...

@abuafrica — First of all you are too presumptuous, as I am not a sister! Secondly, you seem to insinuate that there is no logic behind what the brother says, yet offer no proof. Thirdly, your "hogwash" comment comes across as very arrogant and insulting... (and all during Ramadan, not a good example)

I doubt if someone who makes such a poor first impression, who claims to know Islam, could actually help anyone. I suggest you concentrate on fasting and reading Qur'an. Ramadan Mubarak
