Hey tough idiots, typing from behind their keyboards. You think you talk less shit? You can oppose the war, but you dare to despise those men who have more right to what you have than you do.

Just a little info for you, the military does offer the Roswtta Stone Language packs to all it members for free via the net, in addition its REQUIRED to take some language classes before going overseas. Thought you might like to know that.

Because becoming fluent in a whole different language takes a lot of time. Especially a language that uses completely differnt characters and is structured differently. I doubt the military has the time, or money, to train every serviceman how to speak a different language.

If people are so "educated", what that actually means is that they are "in-doctrinated" through pavlovian conditioning. They should investigate the wholes in history deeper, and the background on how wars are started. Not to meantion, the Big Lie, that works time and time again, I don't blame the soldiers for acting on their conditioning, but it's everyones responsibility to gain wisdom and knowledge, you simply can't say I didn't know with all the information available today.

What was futile about it? Yes, ALOT of people died. Was it futile? Nope. Futile is when something isn't worth it and the outcome of WWII was definitely worth it. Ah but then thats a subjective arguement I guess. Some people would prefer to roll over for anything rather than someone get hurt.
To each their own. I see you have finally made the transition of referring to all soldiers sheep and "un-enlightened". And yet many educated above and beyond the norm.

So can you explain to me what Kuwait was supposed to do when SH invaded their country? Sit back and say, well we don't believe in violence, so you can stay? Who would be left on earth to stop the army of a country that tries to take over its nieghbor if we all lay down our arms and sing campfire songs?
3rdID8487 3 years ago
wait. this isnt a war about religeon, is it? its people who dont like the states vrs. the states. not Muslems vrs. Christians. there is nothing in either of these religeons books saying anything about killing others. and besides..... what percentage of the states is truley Christian anyways? tell me if im inaccurate
firebolt25ca 3 years ago
Firebolt,
You are a little off about the books not talking about killing others. Most people have heard the story of David and Goliath? God guided Davids stone to kill Goliath. God helped many times, one army or another destroy its enemy. So the Bible does talk a lot about killing, it even talks about all the times a person should be put to death for different things. SO you need to check a little more. The Koran is the same.
