Pffft if that were a skinny girl parading around like that she'd get called a slut, but just cause this girl is fat she's praised for being brave. Telling her she looks geogous isn't helping her, she is mostly likely very unhealthy and will have serious health issus in the future if she doesn't lose the weight. Thats like telling someone that's anerexic that the look so beautiful and skinny ... it will not help them.
