Romney destroyed himself. Too many Americans saw through is lies, flip-flops, and insincerity.
I looks like the start of a depression. But we have a Ron Paul. The only true conservative in the race. He has genuine knowledge of economics and monetary policy, and is not just a business and stock market gamer like Romney.

I would just like to say thank you for helping destroy the only true conservative in this race. Thank you for giving Republicans a man who reaches left but never reaches right. Thank you for giving us a man who admittedly does not understand the economy when we are in the beginnings of a what looks like a nasty recession.
Thank you for helping ruin the character of what would have been America's best chance out of this recession just because you hate his religion.

Romney governed as a conservative. Aside from abortion, he didn't change on any core principle. If you actually look at his record and not what the left wing pundits say, you'll find this is true.
To say he was as phony conservative is either uninformed or intellectually dishonest.
Once he knew his chances were slim, he did the honorable thing and bowed out to unite his party. Unlike Huckabee, he didn't stay in to advance himself politically.
