I am shocked at the size of this property, how on earth can they let it rot away? Can't it be turned into something useful? Living in Orlando Florida they are still building resorts this sizd and bigger even in this slow economy, hard to believe something like this is falling apart in our country, sad pathetic waste. @michaeldsy It's sad what happened to the Concord, but what did this guy do that was so bad? The state had gutted a section of the hotel for fire safety training, that seems worse to me. You really want him to be arrested for invading Louis Capelli's property? The guy who has broken promises about Concord for over 10 years then demolished the place, let the International Course fall apart and tried to do the same to the Monster.
