Moonlight Sonata 1st Movement - Beethoven

This is another piece I competed with, back in November. The judges seemed to really enjoy it so I thought I'd share :)

Wow, nice that you competed with it. I did, too a few years ago! So are you playing a personal arrangement? I noticed some things in there tat were not included in Beethoven's score like the separtated notes in measure 8. Very nice.

cool! its a great competition piece. no i don't arrange them i played it as close to the original as possible...the "separated" notes you heard were just rolled becase i have small hands and couldn't reach far enough to play them together

haha thats good.. some people get on here and ask me to do things right away and i never have time :( it is a tough one but id love to learn it soon!

Oh no no, I didn't mean it like that! Like "do it!! do it noooow!" lol I would just love to see you perform it eventually, it is a tough one! lol The best of luck in the upcoming competition aswell! I'm sure you'll do incredibly well :-)

i would love to do the 3rd movement its definately one of my favorite Beethoven pieces.. i doubt ill be able to do it anytime soon though because im getting ready for a competition and im in an intense music program that takes up alot of time....now im rambling lol... but when i get time to learn it ill definately post it

Hey there :-) Just come across your videos, you're awesome! I've just recently started playing piano, not like 'hardcore' or anything but just self teaching myself, I know I'm rambling, but yeah.. you inspire me to get good at it! lol

Any chance of the 3rd movement btw?! :-P
