Not a bad moment on this album. Excellent throughout. I can remember listening to this over and over when I first got it. Priceless.

This is what music is all about! not running up and down a scale mindlessly at 100mph with no feeling or emotion. Jeff is the greatest, no doubt, and the Ronnie Scott concert is sublime.

when i accend to heaven, iam thinking the music before i meet my lord will be something like this. you have to think of this as being a guitar player that isnt worth his wieght in saw dust.

I've been to so many concerts in the last 10 years in the uk including G3, Malmsteen satriani, toto, cream, etc theres just something abt the 2004 Jeff Beck concert in Royal Albert Hall I will always remember till my dying day. What a immacluate player!! Long live JB

Almost every electric guitarist alive these days both owes a huge debt to and holds a fear of Jeff Beck...it's like the universe speaks through him somehow.

@stymiepop There's something wrong with your post, it has the word 'stole' in it. I read my own post a thousand times and not once did I read the word 'stole' anywhere. Could you do me a favor and look at my post for me cause you obviously have some sort of special vision that enables you to see words that are invisible to me.

@phozk o yeah, i'm sure Beck stole this from satriani, yeah right!

4:15.......... GNARRRRRLY ringing strings!!!!! love it

I have a lot of respect for Jeff Beck and his ability. I don't listen to him much because I'm more into stuff like Sabbath, Zeppelin, Floyd, Skynyrd... I like Stevie Ray, B.B. King, Buddy Guy and others as well. I like to hear some singing and I like my music a little bit heavier sometimes. His playing on this CD makes me think of David Gilmour a little. Say what you will but Gilmour who first started playing lead and singing in Joker's Wild back in '63 is very underrated in my opinion.
