OK. But it tells you how to do it inna bad way. Firstly, loop could be more approximate. And secondly, easiest, faster, better, harder and stronger is:

1. open a notepad

2. input: "start flood.bat"

3. save this file inna sys-dir as "flood.bat"

4. run this bat file and admire ;)

go to run type cmd, type ping -t -l 10000-50000 then ip adress and sends packets of data (bytes) to the host will crash their computer

yeah, so you could type lol.bat or something.bat, anything as long as it ends in .bat.
