  • Sorry I work with a Mac so do not have paint. May I suggest the book with all the info in..."how to build a wind pump" by Jim Barr

    ISBN 0-9549171-2-X.

    Bob

  • Hi the crank drives a flat rod up and down in an ark the top of which is connected to the pump rods. The flat rod has a 90 deg bend at the top with a hole in it , the pump rod passes through this hole and is held in place by a spring each side of the 90 deg bit with a nut on top of the pump rod.The pump rods drop down through the center of the support tube which the main body swivels on, so in turning into the wind the whole wind turbine rotates around the pump rods.

    Hope this helps Bob

  • Thanks for that. The wind mill is now twice the hight with a new suction pump. It circulates the water in the fish pond.
