No he was a Basque like I am. But I know his truth. He was in fact a filthy traitor. He was NOT fighting the French, rather his own people, the independent kingdom of Navarre which the Catholic church helped destroy by allowing Spain to invade under a false papal bull.
A killer, a mercenary of Spain. He stole the sun symbol and the meditations from Basque culture and passed them off as his own.He helped the Vatican destroy my country Navarre how many of you know of the war crimes he committed?

Pray so that everything depends on God, but as a part of you that just depends on you would be saved (c) Ignatius of Loyola

Next time, please minimize the volume of the background music, and make the voice louder.
People want to hear about the story, not listen to music.

@emerson24 - Consider the story of Cardinal Newman - an Oxford trained academic who was sent out to prove the link between the Anglican Protestant Church and Chirst himself; not only did he not prove it, he proved to himself that only the Roman Catholic Church can claim to be the 'one', 'holy', 'catholic' [greek: univeral], and 'apostolic' church - he converted...

@emerson24 - Ever since the Council of Trent, people have been trying to dethrone or delegitimize the church so that they can re-write the Catholic Bible. The King James version of the Bible is the most stunning example of re-editing legitimate writings to serve political purposes - its even called the King James Bible and we live in America! This is why people have to claim its faith, and people like you doubt - everyone is missing historical facts.
Yes, and the saints would be the first people to tell you that. But, we look to the saints as role models and practical examples to show us how live holy lives following Christ.
