I love this! You are a hero, really. I used to spend thousands on supplements. After having a baby and getting married, I've tightened up on my spending. It was one thing when I was single, but now, looking back, I can't believe how much I spent on "Arctic oils" and probiotics and enzymes .. etc etc. Anywhere from $30 - $75 a bottle. I'm so happy to have these do it yourself videos! Thank you!

@dalemorgan01 will do --I used olive leaf when i was in AZ to ward off valley fever with the use of balm of gilead and bee propolis---so will have to have something for the next batch of vids we do

You are amazing and only you can do it with style.
so basicly the corect ratio is like this:
100ml o3 oil
200 or 300ml o6 oil
100ml o9 oil
basicly: 2 or 3 parts(omega 6) to 1 part(omega 3)
and
2 or 3 parts(omega 6) to 1 part(omega 9)

@boldhero44 in any mesurement you decide oz/ml/grams 2:2 :1
yes and you can mix this anyway you like as well by adding several different types of omega 6's and 9's in any combo with any combo of 3's --walnut/chia 3) sesame/sunflower/ wheatgerm oil/6) avocado /olive 9)
just to give some suggestions

@dalemorgan01 Depending on life style and nutrional habits
but 1 tablespoon a dai is adequate or sprinkle a tablespoon on your meals
again you will be a better judge on this
but this is a good place to start
