WATCH PART 2 HERE! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ok8OtoSx1UY

Short documentary (I guess that's what you'd call this) on being in the Vietnamese Student Association (VSA) and the Union of Vietnamese Student Associations (UVSA); what it's like, what we do, and why we're in it.

Made for ASAM200 Asian American Inter-ethnic Relations's Youtube project. Supposed to be 5-10 minutes long, but I just could not cut any more, partially due to my participants and their great responses.

Special thanks to:

  • We are such a young race here with a very shaky history..I think that some of our parents now have a struggle with english as some of us do with Vietnamese and because of that our parents are not able to do for us as they wish they could. But now i see a new generation of Vietnamese people where all the children now can speak english and can survive in the states

  • and most of all i want to thank you from the bottom of my family's heart for loving our people... =)
