Parkzone T28 Trojan with flaps FPV Grayson Hobby Cam

A very windy day. Unfortunately, the wind was coming straight from the sun, so much of the video is the plane flying straight into the sun. It's a little more foggy than I had hoped, I'll likely end up replacing the canopy to clear it up.

Did you ever get another canopy? I have two and modded one specifically for filming...I took the clear plastic out of the front and left the two bars there. Tried it today with and without it on. With was sort of wavey... without I had it pointed too far up trying to get propeller out of the shot so it was mostly sky. might to a tail view tomorrow. great vid.

yes I did, I removed the front panel and drilled a 1/2 inch hole in the back of the canopy to let air out. I still have not done a flight vid, but indoor testing did improve the prop lines a little bit. But outdoor in the sun will be the real test.

forgot to mention, out of haste and impatience I purchased the Air Force version of the canopy because I couldn't find the Navy version. Looks crappy (silver/blue canopy on a white/red fuselage) but obviously you won't be able to see it in fpv video.

YOU BEAT ME!! lol, I was modding all weekend so no time for flying but hopefully will get my vid with cockpit view up sometime this week... we'll see. Have to mod retracts on the T28 so might not have much time to fly... and it is dark at 4:30 here in winter.... sucks!!
