Mexican was established by our Aztec ancestors the Mexica empire, we are just mixed with Spaniards, and that's in general, depending on some regions we are mixed with French, Italian, Irish and those fall in the 2% other along with foeriegn born Mexican citizens, 75% of Mexicans are Mestizo, (Indian/Spanish) the rest are full blooded Indian, aka true Mexican.

totally true bro, thats why i had mentioned "mexican" being a nationalist term, i have talked with sinaloense people and they totally identify themselves a white...it is a difficult situation because mexico in general was a very advanced society , yet the leaders looked down on their native people, they felt that an indian was like a child with much to learn...america is more accepting of the indian than mexico is...

@KamidakeRed it depends bro, in some regions in mexico there are populations in states like jalisco, sinaloa that are more caucasian than amerindian, and in other populations, specially in south mexico, oaxaca, puebla, guerrero ect. they are more amerindian than caucasian. its like a hodge podge.

american indians from the u.s.a most of them are usually mixed tho are still in status of being native american because its their right to identify what ever race they want to be.

Yeah Mexicans Are Native we come from the same race but your part of the group that migrated further south on down to south american. All Mexicans Are from the same Culture as the Natives of North America, South American, Canada You are full Blooded unless you are mixed with white.
