The diorama is incrediable. I am building a similiar diorama..its the Battle for Ouistreham based on the movie the Longest Day. The diorama is 7ft long and 5 ft wide. I am now at the part of adding structures. I wanted to know how you created the building do you have instructions you can send or lead me to a book etc.

Would you recommend building in 1/72 or 1/35 scale? I have a 1.5 foot by 3 foot area to work with. I plan on incorporating several tanks for both the Allies and Axis as well as many soldiers.

@F33RtheB33R We prefer 1/35 because it's what we're used to and our eyesight is not what it used to be! If you can build either scale, then I think it depends on how much you want to show. From what you described, 1/72 may be the way to go.
