Here's a quick video of the CB160 running, and then of me riding it! We've had it for probably 8 years now, and I've never seen it run until this past weekend. It started as a mostly complete bike which had been "restored" in the past by someone...
They did a pretty awful job. The entire wiring harness is wrapped in electrical tape, the guy applied clear laquer to everything he could get his hands on (engine, gas tank and the chrome side panels on the tank, front brake hub, aluminum handlebar controls, etc) Over the years, the laquer has either cracked, or yellowed. He also glued everything together with silicone seal. This includes the air filter, wiring connectors, headlight housing, speedo, etc. The plan for this bike is to make a cafe racer out of it, or potentially an AHRMA legal race bike that I can compete with in the 200gp class!
By the way you may want to checkout my 1964 CB160.

Sick bike dude I just picked up a 160 this weekend and got it running! I love these lil bikes. I just tore mine down so I can powder coat the frame. Where are you finding parts if you don't mind me asking?
