  • I'm liking it, but you'll find more success in your performances if you play some original music. This is just a trick to most people- look what I can do gets SO old when it comes to a solo instrumentalist- as good as you can be no-one is going to care, unless you compose.

  • hello,

first of all thank for you for the advice, i appreciate criticism.

second, i agree with you completely... and I've released an entire album of original compositions -- all of which (and more) is on youtube.

  • @Orincoro I agree, I just wished bar owners agreed. My last band got crap for playing no covers, well, before we played. haha, after we played they didn't have such a bug up their you know where. haha, I have a Chapman Stick, but I haven't gotten my independence down, so I work it like a bass or a guitar, but not both. I wish there were more players in the DC area that I could learn from. haha, I'm mainly a drummer, but I wanna get proficient at the stick too!

  • Wow, just wow. That's an incredible instrument there sir, and you make playing it look easy. Kudos for taking a fantastic song and for doing something original and genuinely moving with it.

  • great take on my favorite radiohead song- 5 stars

  • I got chills several times throughout the whole thing. If you came up with that arrangement by yourself on the stick, triple extra props; the playing itself was amazing too.

  • Wicked. Props to you. Cool harmonics.

Reminds me of Stanley Jordan. Man, come to think of it this tune would be outrageous if Stanley Jordan would give it a try. Ever hear Brad Mehldau's rendition. It's sick.

  • inventive take on a great song... good job buddy

  • Schweet!
