19 Meditation Meditating Meditate Source Within Inner Self Needs
Christine Breese says, "Meditation is essential to spiritual development. Meditate if you want to dive deeply into spirituality. Meditation, meditating, isn't necessary for enlightenment, but meditation is necessary for further self inquiry into the nature of self. Meditating takes you deeper to the source within where your inner self can meet its needs for love. Finding the love within your self at the source of the inner self, that is what meditating will do for you. Then you can be the source of love for others more easily."
"Meditation should become a daily habit, like exercise, grooming, eating, etc. To meditate is to maintain the body, the mind and the emotions and draw out the love from within the inner self. By meditating you invite health and well-being into your life and become the source of love for others. Meditate to maintain your sanity, meditate to create peace, meditate to find love, meditate to be at ease, meditate to create a better reality. Whatever it is that you use meditation for, it will make your life better."
"Meditation isn't only something you do when you're sitting down and being silent. Meditation can happen anytime. You can meditate while walking, meditate while washing your dishes, and meditate while doing any mundane task. Meditating happens when you might not realize that's what you've been doing, as well. You're meditating when you are daydreaming, or go absent for a moment looking out the window, or listening to a song and getting lost in it. You are meditating when you are creating a piece of artwork or some other creative act. So as you can see, meditation and meditating can become a way of life. Really, life is the meditation of the soul. It's as if your soul is deep in meditation dreaming this life."
