This is a great exercise to change up your workout routine. Its great for shoulder stabilization and its also a wonderful way to train the core. There are a variety of ways that I have seen these executed but I prefer to not allow my clients to bend at the knees. To move forward you must reach with your hands while pushing your body forward. Its best to use the opposite foot of the hand you are reaching with.

  • coolest push ups ever lol if you want to stay motivated while doing them, just put on some slow tuba music and pretend that you're really an alligator lol. i've done it at my gym and you freak so many people out when you're snapping your teeth and stuff haha

  • For Alligator push ups you need to bring your knee to your elbow every time you walk forward. This is just a forward walking push up.

  • @rphilmacrac when you bent your knees you get down on one shoulder, he uses two now, so it is harder with bending you knees

  • @rphilmacrac arms on 90 degrees, knees on 45 degrees all along, wide sholder moves, and a lot of back strenght to look foward all the time
