Adapt Now to climate change

The climate changes and its effects are indeed increasing. Therefore there is a clear need for adaptation into these effects in the vulnerable and affected countries and communities.
But the first urgent adaptation needed is at the world leaders level. They must adapt the same old way of discussing problems in a much more effective way.
