http://www.Synergy-Athletics.com . It was obviously a longer workout than normal today. We mix in a crazy day of variations about once a month to change things around and keep the excitement going. Chains are great for taking into account the strength curve, but when suspended, they require a lot of muscle to control. If you have any questions about the lifts, feel free to shoot me an email. • Nice,... it is very interesting the progressive resistance chains provide when performing bench press,.... Cheers!

  • @JMEBF thanks!

  • No way are the chains 100 pounds each (5)that means he lifting 1000 pounds at the top of the lift which is highly doubful especially for his size. nice video though:)

  • @jessedabody They aren't 100 lbs each. 20 lbs each, 5 chains is 100 total! Ha, definitely not 1000 lbs, that would be nuts!

  • @jhashey Ok the way it looks......"5 chains-100 pounds each" lol....I was going to say.......Anyways looks like a tough workout:)

  • @jessedabody ah, I meant each hand, not each chain. Good catch! Thanks for the comment!

  • Explain to me how the log thing is different from a regular bar

  • please let me know where in the world you acquired that log for your clean and jerks form.

  • the dog was the spotter

  • I just tried out suspension trainer T's good grief are those humbling

  • @criceto They feel harder to lift, they can move freely so u need a bit more strength to balance them

  • Great work!

  • what are the advantages for using chains?!

  • Oh man INTENSE!! I left my gym today because they don't have the equipment and intensity like this training.

    I'm getting things already :D
