When Marty asks if they become assholes or not, that's the funny difference. In first part doc answers immediately but in second one he takes time thinking - "are they really assholes or not?"

You have to remember, Part 2 came out like four years after the original, so people wouldn't have noticed when the films were in theaters. Regardless, I don't think it makes that much of a difference.

The door in the background behind Jennifer is different. Look at the pattern. Lets see I believe a flowerpot is missing in the second movie. Jennifer is played by a different person and Biff comes out to see the Dalorian fly away.

Marty has shorter hair in PT1, Jennifer was more petite in PT1 also Doc looks Fatter in PT2

@rad4life1 His timing isn't off he synced it fairly well the timing of the opening/ending is the part that's off.
