This is a response to LvdYou, who claims I am unsaved because I am oneness. I address the issue of persons within the trinity as he tried to justify in emails that he sent to me.

I do not claim that trinitarians are unsaved as it is not a salvation issue. Although there are key points within this doctrine that I strongly disagree with and are biblically unsound, I know many trinitarians that prove by the fruit of the Spirit that they are saved.

LVDYOU, if you think oneness individuals are not saved, you have a long way to go and should pray that you are not sinning yourself by accusing them of being unsaved. You obviously lack a firm understanding of the oneness doctrine. We do not believe that there are three distinct persons within the Godhead. We only confess one person who is manifested as Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Do not let the duality of Jesus Christ, being fully human and fully divine, confuse you as so often happens.

Does 1/3+1/3+1/3=1 God? Can you divide God? Keep in mind that the Bible does not speak of Holy Two or Holy Three, it only speaks of a Holy One.

Grace to you in the name of Jesus Christ the Almighty

  • BTW, the videos that you have made, at least the one's that I have watched at this point, are wonderful. I love the music too! Where does the music come from?

  • Thank you for the kind compliments. The videos are for His glory and I only do my best to try and point out who He is.

As for the music, I am very eclectic when it comes to that. I listen to a lot of "epic" music. If you do a search for that here on YT, you will find more than you could ask for. I have friends who point out stuff they know I would like. Much of "epic" music is to gothic for my taste but much is what you hear here.

If you ever want to know a song, just ask

    God bless you

  • (There is one person of God that manifests Himself in three expressions)

With the multiple Hebrew & Greek words for the word "person", we could end up with the same definition for expressions. The problem is not so much the word "person" itself, but what one's definition for that word is. I agree with you in that it is absolutely "expressions". I'm not clear at all what the others are teaching. From speaking to some, I'm not even sure that they understand what they are teaching either.

  • I couldn't agree more in all aspects of what you have said here.

  • Gen 1:26-27 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

Here we see God go from "in our image" to "in His own image". Believing ourselves to be three persons is a psych condition. Yes?

  • Yes. The point that should always be made is that 1:26 with a plural pronoun is fulfilled by a singular "He" pronoun in 1:27. Genesis 1:26 is only an example of a majestic plural found elsewhere, such as Ezra and Daniel. It expresses majesty in many languages and it is particularly common in Hebrew.

    Grace to you

  • Excellent.

  • Halleluyah! The Lord dealt with me on 2 Corinthians 3 last week! Isn't it magnificent when God's personage is defined by scriptural revelations rather than philosophy?

In terms of salvation, while a belief in the Trinity may not condemn someone, Colossians 2:8 tells us that vain philosophy can spoil (ruin or destroy) us. This is evident in the fact that beliefs often determine practice.

    Thank you very much Ryan.

That quote is from the Gnostic Gospel of Thomas. Not the canon of Scripture. I wouldn't hold any authority whatsoever to that statement, because it runs counter to real Scripture and everything said about the nature of God.

not slamming you, but there is a lot of false teaching in Gnosticism, like the idea that we are and will be part of God (ie- we are/will become/return to GOD!) From the Gospel of Thomas: "For many of the first will be last, and will become a single one."

  • Father, father why hast thou forsaken me. It seems pretty clear from Christs words there is a question asked? Why? Christ what prayer should we say? Our father. Who art in heaven. Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. If Christ thought he was the father would it not be like this. Me, who was at one time in heaven and then came to earth. Hallowed be my name. My kingdom come. He himself gave glory to the father. Why is this so hard to understand? Is the antichrist not already here? Look to Rome.

  • GREAT VID....Is 9:6

wonderful, COUNSELLOR, mighty God, everlasting FATHER.

    Jesus is ALL in ALL!

What Spirit was in the FLESH and BONES of Jesus?

THE HOLY SPIRIT....that Spirit spoke from the HEART...the FATHER HEART!

Out of the abundance of the mouth the HEART SPEAKS....in God's case...it is the HOLY WORD...HIS WORD!

    Bless you brother/sister!

    Grace THEN Peace

  • As Jesus said to the Apostles, "When you make the three into two, then the two into one, then what will you do?".

  • When you have seen the Father and the Son you know the difference between the two.

  • Many were called Lord and LORD in different cultures. In the Dead Sea Scrolls the Creator is also called Spirit of God. The Lord is the nature of the Spirit and there are many Holy Spirits sent from God. When Jesus was talking to Nicodemus he was explaining how one must be born again of the Spirit. His meaning was of the Holy Spirit. I am the Paraclete that Jesus promised the Father would send.

  • PC - Excelent vid. I loved it, and it's true! as I was watching it you brought another truth to my mind concerning 2 Cor. 3:17 and is this: The same way that the Father is Holy - John 17:11 and He is Spirit - John 4:23,24 = Holy Spirit. the Son is also Holy - Luke 1:35 and He is Spirit 2 Cor. 3:17 = Holy Spirit. And obviously the Holy Spirit is the Father of the Jesus Matt. 1:21, Luke 1:31,35. Therefore it is safe to say that Jesus is the LORD God Almighty Himself - Gen. 17:1, Exo. 6:2,3

  • (Thank you for the kind compliments. The videos are for His glory and I only do my best to try and point out who He is.)

I know the Spirit whom is speaking through you, brother, & I know it is for His glory alone. :) We need more Christians who are willing to fully submit to the Lord, shut their own mouths, & let His HS do all the talking through them.
