"Somebody, Loan Me a Dime" is on his first album, "Boz Scaggs", another excellent album, and I think it takes up most, it not all, of one side.

"Moments", is one of my favorite Boz albums. Still have the original 331/3 rpm of it, still in playable nonscatched condition, bought when I was a tad of 22 years old.

Thank you!! I had to buy the Anthology album a while back to get these songs. Brother Can You Spare a Dime is on the anthology album for sure. Great song. These songs made me want to become a back up singer!!

@Lafayettelyle May be I was wrong and it might have been " Loan Me a Dime" That is also one of my favorites. I am sure that loan me a dime is on it. It's a very long song but it goes through three (at least) movements , kind of like an opera. Anyway I liable to play it after I get the dogs caught up after coon hunting. It puts the finnishing touches on a good night. But I think That Depression Era song is on there too. If it is , Please post it. Thanks again.

@plan9or10 I was searching for a depression era song "Brother Can You Spare a Dime". I thought for some reminiscence , that it was on Anthology that Boz Scaggs and Dwayne Allman did . It's Depressing but what the Hell It's Depression Era. I don't recon they call it that but for nothing. Anyway , I would like to know if it was on the Anthology Album or if I should Search Elsewhere. Thank You.

I will be getting his other out of print albums up here sooner or later. But not his first Boz Scaggs.. That album is still in print. I reccomend buying it!
