Hang all death row inmates: Marende

House speaker Kenneth Marende wants all convicts on death row in the countrys prisons hanged. Speaking during the 4th annual integrity review conference in Nairobi Marende said the law ought to be followed and offenders must serve their sentences to discourage impunity. Head of public service and secretary to the cabinet Ambassador Francis Muthaura admitted that Kenya lacks the political will to fight corruption.
