I really need to learn how to do that, ive been playing Gta since it started and i didnt really know that was possible, LoL.

That style of stunting is called:"Bumbing"
You must drive in a ramp style object and then
do a "Wheelie"
Diese Art von Stunten wird auch gerne "Bumbing" genannt

How did u jump so high on the bikes and cars?
I have Gta United but It seems to be impossible to jump so high. Please help me Lol

That has nothing to do with GTA United. That is the real "GTA Stunting". You just need patience, time, luck, skill, creativity. That's all. No mods were used which enhance stunts.
