If you play Super Nintendo (won't work in any other version/port of) Mortal Kombat II by yourself, wanna face Noob Saibot but don't wanna waste time winning 50 2 Player matches, well then....
At the Fighter Select screen, press Left, Up, Down (x2), Right & Select. You should hear a sound effect.
If so, just select a fighter & see where it goes from there.

@srvfan42 I remember hearing that in MK Deception when I beat Onaga as Noob Saibot & Smoke (happened in either 04 or 05).
That Noob Saibot is the original Sub-Zero (real name Bi Han we all learned), that was like a bombshell.
