This video shows the secrets to my Mom's gluten free pie crusts. This includes the clip for how she puts the crust in the pan, plus extra on a double crust pie, unbaked and baked pie shells. This pie crust recipe is NOT in the Gluten Free cookbook that I wrote a couple years ago. It's called "Donna Jo's Dream Pastry" from the book "More from the Gluten-Free Gourmet" by Bette Hagman. This video shows my Mother's method of getting the soft crust into the pan. There are 6 finished pies shown at the end, 1 apple, 2 coconut and 3 pecan.
The recipe Mom uses can be found in the cookbook she uses. Unfortunately, I've forgotten the name of it off hand. Sorry!
