http://www.mum.edu Filmmaker David Lynch explains the connection between consciousness and creativity. "If you have a golfball-sized awareness, then when you read a book there's a golfball-sized understanding.... But if you could expand that consciousness, then you read the book -- more understanding."
From a 2006 talk at the Majestic Theatre, Boston.

  • that's why I see so many people who can't talk about ''bad subjects'', they think they're negative and they'll bring more negativism, contaminating the environment... that's bullshit! it only happens because they didnt get a great amount of consciousness, and if you got it, you you are in control, not under the control of emotions and feelings, they don't have power to influence your actions, since you know them, you are conscious about them, so you can deal well with them...

  • This experience of the ground of consciousness since 1968 continues to be verified daily in my awareness.

Much Gratitude to Maharishi for this profound gift ;-)
