  • I put my mat down and keep my mouse handy so I can click from video to video of her series to create a complete stretch, yoga workout.

    It's great for beginners who need to gain flexibility and stretch rather than being concerned right away about developing a rigid practice based on the many varying yoga schools of thought.

    Check out the rest of her vids, since she's a great beginning teacher.

  • i got a minor cramp doing this exercise. shows how inflexible i am. great vids though will definitely use this to aid my back pain
