Perhaps introduce them on neutral ground like at the park instead of plonking the puppy into your dogs territory. This way your older boy is thinking about meeting a new dog instead of thinking about another dog entering its territiory. Also give the older dog lots of extra attention when the puppy is around so he doesn't start getting jealous and fighting for your attention. Also don't give them treats like bones together make sure to separate them and put left overs in the bin.

Actually just got my third! In this video it's the first time Baker my shorthair who was 12months at the time met his new baby bro Eli. Now Baker is nearly 2yrs, Eli is nearly 12 months and they have a new little sis Winnie who's 10 weeks. Baker and Eli get along great as they have completely different personalities. Neither of them is desexed. Winnie is probably going to rule them both as she's a real princess.

Ahhh thats so great!! My weim is three now, and we have been talking about getting a pup next year so he'll be four. He's very gentle and is great around other dogs, I hope he will accept it! Any advice for introducing a new puppy to a four year old?
