One of my all time favorite 60's songs! Lou Christie was from Pittsburgh and this was his biggest hit!

  • You have quite an impressive collection. Where are you able to locate such LP rarities ?

How long have you been tracking these down ?

    ENJOY !

  • mostly on the internet and in record shops in Montreal. I've been collecting for around three and a half years/

  • The sound quality on LPS especially from your turntable is very poor. There is considerable distortion among the voices and little fidelity emanating from the musical background.

  • yeah, this record is in shit condition which makes it sound like crap.

  • Always good to see the young crowd handle vinyl records, 78's and 45's with the big hole in the middle

  • Excellent choice, my young friend!

  • Your a smart person,

  • @volunteer9999 You are absolutely right.I am 53 and I'm very moved by this.I don't have any friends of my age who still own turntables,a shame really..:(

  • live by my rules ... forgive and forget! Did the jerk ever get the girl?!!

  • @goldenstarpcfl amen, brother

  • @BelliniNorma1 Oh, Pick pick pick!!!!can't you look past the technical defects to the song itself!?!?

  • Wow. had to sing along with this, my hubby says they heard me in Ypsilanti:) thank you for downloading such a cool song!!!

  • One of my favirites as well! Would love to have this in my collection....

  • i like records because the cover is bigger and some came with big booklets or pictures.it seems we get less now with the small cds today and the little covers.

  • Sometimes us oldsters like to hear the scratchy sound quality, rather than the high def quality. It brings back good memories for some of us. At least it does for me!

  • I used to have this on L.P, but it got lost in one too many house moves.

Luckily, I was able to purchase it re-done on C.D.

I only played it once as the needle scratched the livin' shit outa the disc.

    Bugger!.
