Mr. Brennan notes the impropriety of discussing billing records in closed session. Notes that, if a police officer was discussed in closed session, the police officer should have had the right to participate. Councilwoman Kearns claims that the situation was "resolved" without a public vote resolution. Brennan asserts open public meeting act requires open public session discussion of bills.
Mr. Robertson of the Bergen NAACP notes that he has been to many council meetings, that he was amazed, that there is normally at least one councilmember that step forward and do the right thing. (Mr. Robertson this is Lonegan's Bogota circa 2004). Asserts that council went into closed session and came up with a "plan".
Choo, choo!
