At 2612 W. Lawrence Ave. in Chicago, not far from the Brown Line's Rockwell station, you can find the Nhu' Lan Bakery, purveyors of delicious banh mi sandwiches and other Vietnamese fare. All sandwiches are less than $3. Pastries, baguettes, spring rolls and more await you, along with friendly shop owner Lee Tran.

  • I believe it's the fake NHU Lan, not the one in Ha`m Nghi street. SG.

  • Haha, but I know where it is! =D

I grew up in that area. And I love Banh Mi!

  • post how to make it please

  • You should give more info as to the location. I bet 98% to 99% of the viewers have absolutely no idea where Brown Line's Rockwell station is.

  • looks fantastic. oddly enough, I only have $3 and I i dont think I can get a sandwich for that anywhere near here.
