@hootyhaha I've read nearly every article on FCPX (as I"m a professional user of 10+ years it makes sense to) and it seems to me the people GUESSING that FCPX is a step down because it has adopted some iMovie features don't know what they are talking about. In fact, no one knows what they are talking about until it is released. All I saw was a great set of new features that will save time, improve usability and remove a lot of the mundane tasks of editing.
@robertdee It doesn't ADOPT features of iMovie, it ABANDONS feature of Final Cut Pro. Prosumer garbage, use iMovie, stop polluting our industry.

We have yet to find out the full potential, but the iLife music has taken the 'Not Buy' level to 96.4737%.
iLife tracks are for iMovie. Not professional video editing software.
If it doesn't impress me enough, my money's going to Adobe CS5.

@robertdee Hold on first. Some are saying online that FCPX might be a step down and not pro. That it is just gonna be Imovie improved.
