If the cameraman wasn't out front "voluntarily", how did he get outside? Did the cops force him outside? Try thinking logically.
The video description asserts: " the other [cop was] gathering intel..."
I repeat, the cop wasn't there to gather intel and any information that he did get was because it was given to him when asked for and because he saw the address where the cameraman came from.
