just finished 2 months training with kelly baggett
testing maxes on lifts.
went real easy and light on jumps because this was first time i jumped since sprained ankles. ankles still aren't 100 percent

  • @adarqui haha yea, it was weird my sticking point is always right at the beginning, not in the middle towards the top like that.

  • no offence intented but your form on jumping doesnt seem that good.. i understand you had a bad ankle and wasnt full effort, but you seem really stiff, if you decide to stick to that style then look at how jus fly approaches it.. you might benifit from the way he does it as he also seems very stiff on his jumps (nohomo) ..

  • bro wtf!,. u could jump so much higher if you didnt walk up to the basket before jumping, theres no power behind it,. look at this jonseys "from tfb" take off vs yours,. practis that ull be dunking in like 3 weeks,.

  • You approach to the basket is way too slow ... I'm sure you can dunk, you just have to run faster, your last 2 steps have to be the quickest... work on your speed a little bit and you will dunk

  • nice man! looks like u will be dunking easily after your ankle heals up!
