  • im sorry to keep posting but this is aggrivating. you said life is found on mars... insinuating that its somehow similar to the argument for a fetus. are you saying that an individual shouldnt be able to scratch off dead skin cells? come on man.

  • this debate is starting to piss me off. the constitution doesnt give you rights. rights existed before govt.. the purpose of the constitution was to protect individuals rights.

  • This lady is contradicting herself. She first points out justification for her pro-choice views by pointing to a decision made by men in robes. She then goes on to say that the majority shouldn't be able to enforce their views on the minority. The are contradicting arguments based on man made statues. there is one law and that was set into spin by nature.

  • Uhhh. Just because someone in a costume with a gavel says something is so doesn't make it so. That's a really novice argument for the pro-choice crowd. The only legit argument is a fetus violates a womens right to liberty if she is forced to care for anything other than herself.

  • you cant scream fire in a theater because you would be violating a contract that the owner had w/ his customers, not because it's a limit on free speech.

  • wow, awesome debate! wish i couldve been there to watch
