Evidently Rajani invested all his fortunates from his fillm career mainly in Karnataka state. Releasing Tamil movies in Karnataka state is quite a conundrum for Tamil movie producers except Rajani's movie- Of course he's on of them; Believe or not, Rajani participated in many anti-Tamil riots, even launched a vitriolic attack on Tamils! I don't know whether Rajani is good actor or not But one thing I'm pretty sure that he's not upright person! I don't really expect him to be philanthropist; that is his choice. In fact, lot of INFO about Rajani on Wikipedia is based on utter lies! No wonder why Wikipedia is best known for its unreliable resource on the net! Could anyone edit the Wikipedia? Of course yes! Some say that he's kinda clannish type of person, tend to care his own Karnataka people.
