Introducing the all new, point and shoot, PT785-S pan and tilt servo head. This precision, closed-loop system is designed to manipulate cameras/devices up to 6 lbs even though the entire head only weighs a super-light 1.8 lbs. Each axis can operate up to 400° of rotation. ABEC-5 ball bearings support the hollow aluminum shafts that allow video and power wires to be routed through the points of rotation. This system is a simple "plug and play" with any of our servo controllers shown on our website. Perfect for still photography, amateur videography or security applications. Can easily be mounted to various jib-cranes in the hanging or upright position using the supplied 90mm diameter base. Balancing your camera or device is easy using the vertical slide adjustment. Controller, power supply, and servo extension leads sold separately. Manufactured in the USA. Cameras shown in video are not included with the purchase of the system. (Patented)

  • Are the servos modified for continues rotation?

  • @Bluffingcat The HS-785HB servos that drive the PT785-S pan and tilt have not been modified to continuous rotation. The servos still have positioning feedback.

  • Is there any video sample, how smooth is this for video shooting ?

  • @feha1000 Since this unit operates as a closed loop system, we generally suggest the PT785-S for "point and shoot" photography rather than video. We do however have an open loop Pan & Tilt system that we will be releasing in the next month or so that is very comparable to the PT785-S. Hope that helps!
