Possibly one of the most widely talked about/recognisable scenes from Mark Frost & David Lynch's smash hit television show, Twin Peaks.

Taken from Season 1 Episode 2 (Counting the Pilot as episode 0) entitled 'Zen or the Skill to Catch a Killer'.

Special Agent Dale Cooper has a bizarre dream that offers some clues (albeit rather vague clues), to solving the mystery of who killed Laura Palmer.

Anybody who enjoys or has any curiosity in this scene, please don't hesitate to buy at least Season One of Twin Peaks on DVD, I'm almost certain you'll find something to enjoy in the purchase. It's Truly a TV series like no other.

Cancelled. ABC messed it up by revealing the murderer . The 2nd part of the second season was a let down. Fire Walk with Me was awful. It doesn't add anything to it except a small back story and was completely confusing.

If references the dichotomy of Laura and Mady. However, I believe that what TLMFAP meant was that she is not exactly Laura Palmer. She might by partially Laura, but she is a Lodge entity. Notice how she talks backward. Humans don't do that. Just like when Windom Earle was talking, he was really a puppet of The Black Lodge.

I just finished watching TP (the series, not the movie yet). I loved it, but man, one of the weirdest shows... I'm still puzzled by quite a bit. Do you know if it got cancelled abruptly or was that the intended ending?

have you seen the doc, on you tube about the making of twin peaks, several cast members, writers producers, acknowledge this, but at the same time felt it picked up, in the later half of the season, which I felt as a viewer, if you you tube, the making of twin peaks, think you will find it
