Depends, 1080i60 =~ 1080p30, and given that GOW is scaled 720p native.. I've set the 360 up as 720p and noticed little gain in framerate.. Of course, if/when I find a used HDMI 360 to slap my HDD onto, I can get it putting out 1080p..

Yep, and no lag.. And it's setup for 1080i right now as it's component, but I'm fixin' to pick up an HDMI Arcade unit, put my existing HDD on it, and finally get up to 1080p.
I should have my TivoHD carded up and rolling tomorrow, and hopefully my HDMI switcher gets here so I can have HDDVD, Tivo, XBox, and maybe PS3 if I can find a 60GB cheap..
