  • (D) Learn percussion sounds one by one and making your voice into a musical instrument. Firstly learn the three basic sounds: bass drum, hi hat and snare drum. Practice combining them.

    (I) Can you show us?

    (D) Ok. (BD) Is a low sound. (HH) Is like a metallic sound. (SD) Is like a break sound. You can make rythms with these three.

    (I) WHat is your ambition?

    (D) My dream is to impress and move the world with my beatboxing. I want to make people enjoy it even if they see me live for first time.

    (D) Tonights stage had a great and exciting atmosphere, for me like never before. I was happy.

    (I) When did you realise you could beatbox?

    (D) Around 5-6th grade on elementary school when I was about 10 I saw beatbox (which we call voice percussion in Japan) on TV and was like wow, its possible to create these sounds with just human mouth? Because it impressed me very much, I kept trying until I could do it.

    (I) What would be the first step or basis for being able to beatbox?
