it does not agree with wh=as told in the rules of the organisation:
7.3 The referee must confer with the judges prior to imposing a penalties/ disqualifications.

Note: - If there are two judges' flags indicating a penalty for the same technique the referee must issue an official warning.

- It is sufficient for the referee to rely on the judges' flag signals. However, if the referee considers the rule infraction warrants escalating the penalty e.g. going straight to the second level she/he must obtain the support of at least one of the judges. Third level & disqualification, Referee must council with judges


Starting with an official warning then penalising by one point and disqualifying without coordinating with other two judges who awarded two points

Agreed, NAS does NOT cater for all styles including Kickboxing as they advertised.

It should be a Karate Only competition.

Its misleading and not for real fighters.....

@xwgs351 you are right, this year there was probably 90% of Go-kan-ryu karate guys plus all the judges are from that club as well, can't be objective at all

Unfortunately, NAS NATIONAL ALL STYLES does NOT cater for all styles....

Its basically karate only. We will never enter again!

Good martial artists end up like this poor bloke..... disqualified...
