You didn't the SP angle wrong, you drew the landing line in the wrong direction, it should of come from her skate directly to the previous line, not to where you have stopped the line. This creates an improper angle. The angle of missing degrees was clearly obtuse and indeed should have resulted in a downgrade.

Excuse me but her 2011 4cc fs triple axel got lot of positive goe and it was counted as fully rotated

First off, I want to say that I love Mao Asada and will defend her in everything she does, but I cannot ignore a misunderstanding. you do know that the quarter rotation related to downgrades happen with the angle boot, not the angle of which the jump was executed, right? if she lands forward, it is an improper jump. if she lands sideways, it is an improper jump. if she lands a quarter turn or less backwards, it is clean. you know this right? it's the landing position of the boot that counts.
