Crayfish for dinner

Mhhmmmmm. Nothing better than a fresh cray. But as you can see, it's not everybodys thing. Or at least the cooking ;-)

Nichts geht ueber frischen Hummer. Aber wie Ihr sehen koennt, ist's nicht jedermanns Sache. Oder zumindest die Zubereitung nicht...;-)

Crayfish or cray are just the more traditional names here in OZ, as the only 'real' lobster has a pair of massive claws, like the European lobster...

And 'jasus edwardsii' is just a bit of a tongue twister ;-)
