it is a crystalyte 5302 motor, in this test I am only using 48 volts 18 amp hour batteries, I am still waiting for my larger capacity controller to be delivered. After I determin what sort of voltage I will use I will get LiFePO4 and mount them in side the casing

I agree, and have since reconnected the front brake..otherwise it could get expensive in replacing shoes

Are you running this at 72v? With the 72v/40a controller? Curious to know how well it pushes all that weight.
